hosted_onThis entry defines the token vocabulary for the hosted_on field of an IFP-21 locality declaration. Each token names a hosting provider — optionally qualified by region where the regional distinction is the point of declaring it. Declarations use the token, not the display name.
A declaration's hosted_on list means: the declaring principal's agent services and data stores physically run on these providers. Locality is a distinct axis from legal jurisdiction (IFP-21, Section 4).
